Shipping: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days, for destinations within the continental United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
We reserve the right to update and/or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Return and Refund Policy

Stellar customer service is our number one priority.

Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our items are custom made to order and our process starts as soon as your purchase is made. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 3 days of receipt to receive a replacement.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return claim, please complete the following steps:

Send an email stating the reason for the replacement to contact@luxeectapparel.com. Be sure to include a picture of the defective item.
Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
Send all items back to us using the label provided.
All items must be unworn, in their original conditional, with tags attached.
